    Sehr präzise Temperaturregelung und schnelle Reaktionszeit – besonders beim Sous-vide oder beim sanften Schmoren. Die WLAN-Funktion funktioniert stabil mit meiner Home-App (iOS), allerdings braucht die Einrichtung 5 Minuten Geduld. Optisch ein absoluter Hingucker im Schwarz-Glanz-Look. Für Profi-Ansprüche fast perfekt, daher 4 Sterne.
